The Bister picalilli is a smooth sauce made with onions, gherkins and cauliflowers that were previously cooked in a mixture of spices & vinegar. Unlike several competing products it contains no added sugar and therefore offers to the palate a powerful taste of spirit vinegar with touches of curry and turmeric.
