Chive Vinaigrette is a fine, slightly creamy herb vinaigrette, emulsified and with a strong chive flavor. Prepared with mayonnaise, it remains fluid. It thus gives a delicious taste and creaminess to your mixed salads, but also to your raw vegetables and cold dishes made with fish and meat.
